2014年10月28-29日，我司隆重召开中国北区CDS会议，BEE英国骑牌润滑油首席技术官Mr. Blair出席本次会议。以下为布莱尔先生会议致辞：

 

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good morning, I am Blair, the Chief Technology Officer of UKSTRK. Nice to meet you all. First of all, I would like to express my faithful respects to our VP, Mr. Zeng and CEO Mr. He, for their perfect cooperation.

Then, I also represent BEE company to express our sincere thanks to all TRK staff, thank you for your hard work and support. 

Now, I would like to make the following points:

1,Our TRK salesmen in northern China, have achieved certain results since the opening of joint venture. BEE has great expectations with you, please keep working hard for the market development.

2,The joint venture will plan to introduce British High-end diesel engine oil. According to condition of Chinese road and vehicle, the oil change mileage is about 50000 kilometers, the fuel efficiency is 6%-10%.

3,We are planning to add some TRK products, such as AdBlue,grease and antifreeze.

4,BEE, as a high-tech enterprise, will always support the development of our joint venture. Based on Chinese market demand, BEE will continue to bring in high-quality products to China. As for the high cost, we are planning to blend oil inland, with combining TRK-tech and Chinese advantages. 

5,The current automotive tech, especially the gasoline engine oil are developed rapidly. I am very pleased to tell all,TRK quality and formula has gone beyond the European standards and access GF-5 certification.

Royal college continue to seek cooperation with automobile engine manufacturer, and try to meet the engine requirements.

大家早上好！我是英国骑牌润滑油的首席技术官布莱尔,非常高兴与大家见面。

首先，请让我对骑牌公司执行董事曾丰先生及首席执行官何波先生，致以亲切的问候及敬意，感谢他们在合资公司的精诚合作！

同样，我谨代表BEE，感谢各位业务人员的辛勤工作，谢谢你们一直对TRK的支持。

此次会议，我主要提出以下几点：

1. TRK在中国市场、特是中国北方市场取得了一定的业绩，但英方认为市场开发进度仍需继续努力；

2. 合资公司将会计划引进英国高端柴机油，根据TRK进入中国市场后，结合路况、车况，换油里程约为5万公里。节油效果为6%-10%。

3. 后续会完善TRK产品，如增加车用尿素、润滑脂、防冻液。

4. BEE会全力配合合资公司的发展，在英国，TRK一直走的都是高端路线，考虑根据中国需求，不断引进高质量产品。考虑到成本问题，BEE会把TRK研发技术和中国优势结合起来，在本地做调配。

5. 目前汽车技术，特别是汽机油方面发展日新月异，TRK的品质和配方已经超越了欧洲标准，并获得GF-5的相关认证。皇家学院不断寻求与汽车发动机制造商的合作，保证满足发动机需求。
